On a short journey from Donaghcloney to Moira earlier today it was very satisfying to pass 5 houses with “Sold” sign prominently displayed. This surely is a sign of increased activity in the market and we would always be very careful that the deal is in fact at a stage which allows us to shout about it.
We are also seeing many more new houses being booked, some builders are now quoting up to a year fro completions.
Building sites are selling in greater numbers than we have experienced for years.
All in all an encouraging picture for which we are very thankful.
